Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin
1 Tbs cooking oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can 10 1/2 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 can 3-ounce can broiled sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 Tbs catsup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Poppy Seed Noodles
4 oz uncooked egg noodles
1 Tbs butter
1 tsp poppy seeds

Directions
Stroganoff 1 Cut meat in 3/4-inch strips. Brown in hot skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook till onions are crisp-tender. 2 Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Add to meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles. Poppy Seed Noodles 1 Cook 4 ounces noodles in large amount boiling salted water according to package directions; drain. 2 Add butter and poppy seeds; toss together.
